Behind Mondarella is a team of gourmet chefs, scientists and avowed cheese lovers. What brought them together was their shared passion for creative cuisine and good food.

Inspired by European cheese tradition, the Mondarella team has set out to rethink cheese as a cultural asset : 100% plant-based and made from the best, natural ingredients.

In 2020, the first products celebrated their premiere in supermarkets, first in Germany and then in other European countries. But this is just the beginning.

Many new product innovations are already in the starting blocks and the future is… Cheese.
