Tik Tok called: these hyped upside-down puff pastry tarts with vegan Soft Blanc, pear and thyme are done in just about 35 minutes. They offer a tempting blend of sweet pears, savory vegan Soft Blanc, and crispy puff pastry – a perfect delight for special occasions or as a sophisticated snack.
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (convection).
Wash the pears, remove the core, and slice them thinly.
Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings.
Slice the Soft Blanc into approximately 0.5 cm thick slices.
Unroll the puff pastry and cut it into six equal rectangles.
Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Evenly brush one side of the puff pastry rectangles with a bit of olive oil.
On the baking paper, spread out the pear slices, onion rings, and Soft Blanc with an even distance. Season with pepper, salt, torn thyme, and a drizzle of honey or agave syrup.
Finally, place the puff pastry rectangles with the oiled side facing down on top of the ingredients and press them slightly.
Bake the baking sheet in the preheated oven for approximately 12-15 minutes (depending on the desired level of browning).
Enjoy!
