Original Bavarian Obatzda with Mondarella Soft Rouge

Ingredients:
- 250g Mondarella Soft Blanc or Soft Rouge
- 1 small red onion
- ½ tsp caraway seeds
- 50 g Mondarella
- Fresh Cream Natural
- A pinch of salt and fresh pepper
- 2-3 tsp sweet paprika
- 50ml wheat beer
Instructions:
Cut the Soft Blanc or Soft Rouge into very fine pieces. Peel the onion, cut 2-3 slices for garnish, and set them aside in the fridge. Halve the remaining onion and finely dice it.
Roughly chop the caraway seeds or crush them slightly in a mortar. Place the cheese in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add the fresh cream.
Add the spices and wheat beer and mix everything with a fork. Finally, add the diced onion and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
Let it sit for at least one hour, preferably 3-4 hours.. Garnish with the onion rings just before serving.
